Welcome to the B.Brothers Publishing Start Here page. First thank you for taking the time to look around and see what we have to offer. As a micro-publishing house, of just two authors, we are proud to say that we have met our goal, so far, in delivering 50 new books every year. Which understandably might overwhelm a lot of people, but worry not, they aren’t all in the same line.

Having said that let us discuss a little bit more about what we do. We write PDF files, which you can buy for the low price of £2 each, so the price of a sandwich, the reason for this is that we wish for as many people as possible to be able to read our work, by us removing as many barriers as possible. Secondly these PDFs are no nonsense, they get you straight into the action of the story, and right into the heart of the action.

So how do we work with the books themselves you might ask, simple our philosophy is to write books that stand at the top of excitement! If we aren’t making you turn every page with excitement we haven’t done our job right! From heart felt stories to thrills that are out of this world we have a massive range, but all our books follow the excitement principle. And that is why you won’t get anything fancy in our books, because the text is where the quality is.

However you might still be reluctant to pick us up, after all a book is a big commitment right? We would disagree, for all our novels cut all the fat out, no pointless scenes, no endless stalling and no boredom that is our guarantee. All our books are perfect reads for long bus journeys, plane rides and for those days where you need to kill two to three hours. As such, none of our works will ever be a drag, and they will never be a chore to read. Trust us, if you ever feel like our books are dragging on, we’ve failed you and ourselves.

So what do we have to offer? For the novels themselves we won’t go into any detail here, as we explain more in our Novels page, where you can even get free samples of our work if you aren’t convinced. However what we will say is the reading order for our lines and a little about how they work.

So first thing you should ask is, “What kind of book do I want to read?”. Depending on the answer, depends on what we recommend you to read. Let’s go down the list. First if you want to read something epic, that will challenge you as a reader, that has layers upon layers, read The Metanoverse. If you want traditional fantasy, Stjarnaheim is for you. Are you looking for satire and comedy? Read The Soda Verse. Urban Fantasy with Cosmic Horror overtones, then read Maho Cosmos. For Superheroes, read The Ouroboros Cycle. For traditional horror, read In Company of Black Goats. For Grim Dark read A Soul in The Dark. For grounded Pulp you can read Towards The Red Dawn or Divine Providence. For something philosophical, read Tower of Philosophy.

Metanoverse:

The Metanoverse could be considered our Magnus Opus, our greatest work, and one that we will likely not finish any time soon, even with nearly thirty books out for it. The reason is simple, this is an epic the likes of which has no equal, one were every book is a, mostly, self-enclosed story, but all are part of a much larger narrative. The Metanoverse does build upon itself, so we ask that you read a few books before giving a final judgement, as it’ll take around a dozen for the nature of the story of The Metanoverse to really take effect. In other words the books have a bit of flexibility to them, and we encourage our readers to come up with their own suggestions on which order to read them. However what we can say is that the first book to be written was Oblivion Ya, followed by Saga of Iria, but we published the books in a different order so if the books seem a little disjoined that is why.

The first book we recommend is

The Metanoverse: Rise of the Ebon Sun

The Metanoverse: Chronicles of Okalatl

The Metanoverse: Chronicles of Kardia

The Metanoverse: Seige of Kataran

The Metanoverse: The Seven Sided Cube

Stjarnaheim:

Stjarnaheim is our biggest classical fantasy. If you like sword and sorcery or more traditional epic fantasy these tales are for you. At the moment none of the books are direct sequels and as such are mostly standalone stories. We are working on a single epic tale, but for right now you can pick any of these books without too much fear that you will need the others. However we do have a reading order suggestion which is as follows:

Tales of Stjarnaheim: Sunraven

Tales of Stjarnaheim: Swordsaint

Tales of Stjarnaheim: The Prophet’s War

Tales of Stjarnaheim: Bloodblades

Tales of Stjarnaheim: Into the Savage Lands

Tales of Stjarnaheim: Nocturnal Powers

Tales of Stjarnaheim: The Sea of Trees

Soda Verse

The Soda Verse is our incredible comedic line, the one that is heavily inspired by, well that would be spoilers wouldn’t it? Anyway the Soda Verse is comedy all the way, with tales that involve Space Vikings, time travel, killer sheep and government conspiracies. Still we do have a reading recommendation, as we do build from book to book in this line, although you won’t be too lost if you jumped ahead. The book order we recommend is:

The Sheep Conspiracy

Grannyoidians

Project Black Bear

Transdimensional Derby

The Incredible Adventures of the Schnauzer King and His Skeletal Butler

Muscle Jim of Planet W

Maho Cosmos

Our Maho Cosmos is our latest large line that is all about cosmic horror and superpowered entities combating the horrors that are out there. This line we internally call our “Metanoverse Light” line, and it is a much more accessible multiversal story than The Metanoverse. Saying any more is spoilers so we will just give you the reading list for this line which is as follows:

The Magical Girl Conspiracy

The Endless Silent Pilgrimage

The Nights Eternal Cacophony

Slaying a Titan

Inhuman Feelings

Between the Heavens and Depths

Neon Horrors

The Liminal Passage

Other Lines:

We have a lot of other lines in the works, however most of these are only one or two books at the moment and as such reading order is well…what is available on our website. Starting with the three lines that have more than one book

The Ouroboros Cycle and Origin of the Hero World are both part of our ever growing superhero novels, with the Ouroboros Cycle being a post apocalyptical superhero story, and Origin of the Hero World being its prequel, so reading either in any order is fine.

Next we have our far more extreme fantasy line with Heroes of Epic Fantasy and The Tale of King Faza, both are currently independent but part of the same universe, and you can read either in whichever order you like.

For those looking for stories that are more hard fantasy or alternate history we have Spiced Honey and Divine Providence, both of which are part of an alternative Earth were the Roman Empire never fell. However both books are radically different from each other and standalone novels at the moment, so feel free to read either first.

For the books that are currently stand alone, but will have more novels in the years to come we start with Diving into the Hell Brought by the Others, a surreal horror novel about humanity fight to survive in a world where the rules of reality no longer follow what we know.

For those looking something more grounded with also have Towards the Red Dawn, a thrilling historical fantasy set just as Russia fell into communism, across Siberia on the Siberian Train, this is one thriller you won’t want to miss.

The Origin War is a tale about two individuals who are at the opposite spectrum of modern society thrusted into a hellish war, where their dreams and nightmares are turned into reality and pitted against each other.
